Our platform supports Stripe coupons to reduce the subscription cost.
To apply a coupon:
Access Stripe Dashboard:
Sign in to your Stripe account
Go to Product Catalog
Open the Coupons section
Set Up Coupon:
Choose an existing coupon or add a new one
Copy the Coupon ID
Configure in Onboarding Platform:
Visit the Paywall products section at Onboarding.online
Pick a subscription product or create one
Open the Stripe settings tab
Verify the product is subscription-based
Turn on the Stripe Coupon ID feature
Insert the copied Coupon ID
Confirm by clicking Done
Key Requirement: Coupons must exist in the same Stripe mode (test or live) as your other Stripe elements.
