To accept certain payment methods through Stripe, you must include the domain from which transactions will originate. This requirement applies to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna, and other similar services.

Steps to Add a Payment Method Domain:

  1. Access Stripe Settings:

    • Log into your Stripe Dashboard

    • Navigate to Settings → Payment

    • Select the Payment Method Domains tab

  2. Add New Domain:

    • Click "Add a new domain"

    • Enter your domain name

    • Click Save

  3. Required Domains to Add:

    • Your custom onboarding domain

    • checkout.stripe.com (for Stripe Checkout sessions)

    • app.onboarding.online (for payment method testing in editor)

  4. Important Notes:

    • Apple Pay domain verification is automatically handled by Stripe

    • Configuration is required separately for both test and live environments
