You can connect your own domain by creating a CNAME record in your DNS provider’s control panel (e.g., One.com, Bluehost, HostGator, GoDaddy, Namecheap).

Below is a step-by-step guide on how to create a CNAME record in DNS.

NOTE: We only support domain verification via a CNAME record. DNS Proxy isn't supported.

  1. Login to the DNS provider’s control panel.

  2. Go to the DNS settings and locate the DNS records.

  3. Then click “create” or “add” a new record, and select CNAME.

  4. Input the below details:

    - The subdomain representing the alias for your primary domain.

    - The domain name you create the alias must not be an IP address.

  5. Enter a “time to live” or TTL (optional), or leave it blank.

  6. Hit the “Create Record” button to save your information.
